Shipping Issues Handling
Important: This guide is operational guidance only and does not override Section 6.5 of the Seller Guide. The general transport‑risk principle applies: you (the Seller) bear full cost and risk for all shipments to and from the customer, and the customer must always receive an appropriate solution. This guide covers the most common shipment issue scenarios and what to do in each case. All scenarios follow the transport‑risk principle in Section 6.5 of the Seller Guide. If a refurbed Carrier Agreement (Auto Return Label) applies, refurbed may start the carrier inquiry for you (see Section 6.5 of the Seller Guide and Annex 1).
