Payments and Balance Dashboard.
In the balance dashboard, you can view an overview of your balance, see when the next payout is scheduled, and check the date of your last payout. You can also review your payout schedule there. If you would like to change your payout schedule, please reach out to your usual point of contact.
🚨The payout schedule can be adjusted based on your sales volume and performance.
To switch the payout from monthly to weekly or daily, you need to meet the following requirements:
Maintain continuous sales and positive performance for at least 3 consecutive weeks (no warnings, no underperforming metrics).
For daily payouts, a minimum of €500.000 GMV generated is required.

In the Sales History Dashboard, you can get an overview of your sales performance over time and track how your sales are developing overall, across different markets, specific products, and more.
By scrolling to the bottom of the dashboard, you will also find an overview of the top-selling products on a platform level.
These insights are useful to understand which products within your portfolio are performing best, and which categories outside your current portfolio are showing strong demand, helping you identify potential opportunities for expansion in the future.
The AOV is the average of all grades in all markets.
Refurbed Invoices and Sales Report
If you click on the Sales/payout section, you can see an overview of all your current and previous reports.
You can search and filter between Type, Occurrence and Upload Date (see filter section on the right next to the search bar). By clicking directly on the “File name”, you can download your report as a .csv file (the payout reports) or as a .zip file (the sales report including invoice).
The monthly .rar file will be received on the 15th of the month, and will include the full sales report and our monthly invoice.
