Make sure to note down your password, as the file you receive can only be opened once.

Error messages.
Upon your first login, you may see two error messages related to Stripe and PayPal:
- Fill out the forms to connect your accounts to refurbed’s payment main accounts.
- The messages should disappear within 2–3 days. If they do not, submit the form again. If the issue persists, contact your main point of contact.
- We will manually unlock the account once your first 15 offers are created.
Payment flow:
Customers pay Refurbed directly. Refurbed matches the orders to your account and transfers the net payout to your bank account on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis.
