Second step: Create your offers by following these steps:

Create, edit and search Offers.
You can create multiple offers at once by uploading a CSV file. Ensure your CSV follows the required format to ensure a smooth upload.

Set your reference and minimum price.
When setting the price of your offer, you can define a minimum price. The BuyBox algorithm will consider your offer for the BuyBox as long as your price does not fall below this minimum.
You will always win the BuyBox at the highest possible price.Using a well-defined minimum price increases your chances of winning the BuyBox.
🚨 Make sure your minimum price is set correctly. Setting it too low may result in selling the product at an unprofitable price.

Grading of the products.
Select the correct grade for your products to ensure they meet Refurbed standards. For more information and examples, please refer to the section Products and Packaging.

Missing product in the catalogue?
When creating an offer, you will access our catalogue, which contains all products ever listed on refurbed.
If needed, you can download it in an Excel format.If your product is not available in the catalogue, send an email to listing@refurbed.com with the completed template provided on the following page. The team will add the product to the catalogue and respond with the new instance ID, which you can then use to create your offer.
🚨To request the inclusion of a new product in the catalogue, you must follow our internal process.
