First step: Create a shipping profile.
-
What is a shipping profile?
A shipping profile connects your warehouse to the markets where you want to sell.
It tells us and your customers where you are shipping from and which countries you ship to.You can create multiple shipping profiles if you have different warehouses across Europe, or a single profile that includes all your destinations.
Note: You do not need separate shipping profiles for express deliveries or different carriers.
-
Use our DHL Express rates.
If you want to use our agreed rates with our carrier partners, you can find them below.
Reach out to shipping@refurbed.com to start using these rates. -
Step 1: How to set up a shipping profile and shipping costs?
You can set up your shipping profile by clicking on "Shipping Profiles" in the navigation bar on the left. You can create as many shipping profiles as you need.
- Click on the "Create" Button on the top right.
Shipping Profile Name: This is the name of your shipping profile.
Ships from: This is the country from which you send the products to the buyer (your company's geographic location).
2. Once you've created the Shipping Profile, you can add Destinations. These are the countries where your offers will be visible.
🚨 If a country is not included in the shipping profile associated to the offer, you won´t be visible there.
To add a destination, just click on "+ Add" and the input box appears (see below). All of these fields are required to be filled out.
Make sure to save your changes by clicking on the blue “Save” button below.Market: Country where you want to sell.
Min. Delivery Time (Days): Min. 1 day.
Max. Delivery Time (Days): Max delivery times should be 4 days for international orders.
Cost: Shipping cost charged to the buyer. You can also set it to 0 and include it in the reference price.
The customer will always see “Free Shipping”, and the shipping costs must not appear in the invoice
Currency: This is the currency you charge your shipping costs in.
To sell in Germany, Austria and France you will need to be EPR compliant. Share with your main point of contact all 3 numbers for each country, or proof of application. Otherwise, the markets will be locked.
