Your monthly commission invoice provides an overview of the fees and other applicable charges related to your activity on the refurbed marketplace.
Depending on your activity during the respective period, the invoice may include marketplace commission and other applicable adjustments or charges. Your commission invoice is accompanied by a Sales Report, which provides additional transaction-level information.
Where can I find my commission invoices?
Commission invoices and Sales Reports are available in your Seller Interface.
Navigate to Sales/Payout and use Advanced filtering to filter for Type → SALES.
Invoices are generally made available during the first week of the following month.
Negative PSP Balance Settlement
If your balance with a marketplace payment service provider (PSP) remains negative for an extended period, the provider automatically settles it. refurbed then forwards this amount to you as a separate debit note, payable via SEPA direct debit.
