The Sales Report provides a detailed overview of the transactions relevant to your seller account for the respective reporting period. It can be used together with your commission invoice to reconcile your marketplace activity and accounting records.
Depending on the transaction, the report may contain sales, refunds, adjustments, discounts, commissions, or other relevant financial entries.
Refunds and Order Adjustments
Refunds and other order adjustments can result in additional entries in your sales reports. Because multiple financial events may be associated with the same order, an adjustment should always be reviewed together with the other entries belonging to that Order ID. The Sales Report can be used to identify the relevant transactions.
Why don't my payout and invoice amounts match?
Your commission invoice and Sales Report cover a full calendar month (e.g. 1–31 January). Payouts follow a different cycle, so a payout will generally not match a single invoice period. To confirm that a payout amount is correct, refer to the payout report uploaded to your Seller Interface after each payout.
