You can find your Monthly Commission Invoice, the accompanying Sales Reports, and your Payout Reports in the Seller Interface.
- Navigate to the "Sales/Payout" section.
- Select "Advanced filtering" in the top right corner
- Select "Add filter" + "Type" + "Any of" and choose between:
- "SALES" - Commission invoice and sales report
- "PAYOUTS STRIPE" - Payout Report Stripe
- "PAYOUTS HYPERWALLET" - Payout Report PayPal/Hyperwallet
Commission invoices and their accompanying Sales Reports are uploaded during the first week of each month for the previous calendar month.
Payout Reports are available for download shortly after the corresponding payout has been processed.
Please note that shipping invoices, are sent separately to the finance email address registered for your seller account and currently available in the Seller Interface.
