Payouts represent funds transferred to the payout account registered for your seller account.
Payout information and available payout reports can be accessed through your Seller Interface under Sales/Payout.
A payout report can help you reconcile the amount transferred to your bank account with the underlying marketplace transactions.
Payout Schedule
Monthly payouts are released on the 7th of each month; weekly payouts are released every Tuesday. In both cases, funds typically arrive within 1–2 business days of release (e.g. a payout released on a Friday should arrive by Monday or Tuesday). Public holidays at your bank may delay arrival further.
My payout has not arrived. What should I do?
First, check the payout status in your Seller Interface and verify whether the expected processing period has passed.
Please also ensure that your registered bank account remains active and able to receive payments.
If the payout is shown as successfully processed but has not reached your account, your bank may be able to provide additional information.
If a payout fails, it is automatically retried in the next payout cycle.
If your payout has not arrived within 4 business days of its scheduled release, please contact refurbed Finance Department so we can investigate with our payment service provider.
