Time passed since go-live:
For the first 60 days after going live, an average Seller Performance Score is used for the BuyBox calculation. There is not enough data at the beginning, to compute the score for long-term metrics.
Order volume
- If you have sold ≥100 order items in the past 35 days: Your Seller Performance Score is used for the BuyBox calculation.
- If you have sold <100 order items in the past 35 days: If sales volumes are low, there is not enough data points to compute a reliable performance score. In this case, average Seller Performance Score is used for the BuyBox calculation.
