What is the Seller Performance Report?
The report displays scores of multiple performance metrics (Product Quality, Shipping/Delivery and Customer Service Quality). The report enables you to evaluate the performance of these various categories.
Where can I find the performance report?
You could find the performance report in the Seller Interface, where you can download the report as well.
