What does it mean when my payout is adjusted after suspension?
After your account was suspended, the payout is manual frequency, which means that the payout is withheld.
Refurbed reserves the right and the Seller grants the authorization to adjust the pay-out schedule adequately for review, as stated in the agreed-upon Seller Guide Section 6.4 Pay-Outs. Find more information in our Seller Guide, section 6. Payment Terms.
When will the payout be released?
Payout will be released right after reactivation of the account.
In case the reactivation will not follow, any outstanding balance will be handled according to our standard settlement process, which accounts for open orders, returns, and warranty cases. Once these are resolved, we will follow up with the final payout details.
What is the meeting of the payout frequencies?
- daily payout - sent once a day
- weekly payout - sent on Mondays
- monthly payout- sent on the 8th of the month
- manual payout - payout is disabled (withheld until faster frequency is set again)
When can I get a faster pay-out again?
Faster pay-outs (weekly/ daily) are available for sellers with steadily high performance. Your mid term defect score, condition score, response time and delivery are stable in green area in your seller performance report, you can contact your account manager or the reporting team in order to apply for a faster pay-out.
