Available information includes:
- Product details
- Order value
- Customer information
- Order status
- Refund status information
From this section it’s also possible to
- Generate a return label: clicking Generate Return Label in the “Product Information” menu item creates a return shipping label and automatically sends the appropriate customer communication as defined by the refurbed Shipping Management process.
- Refund. Clicking Refund in the “Purchase Information” menu item allows you to manage refunds directly from the ticket. This functionality is equivalent to the refund management options available on the Order Page.
