In the Orders section, you can open the order details page of a specific order by clicking on its Order ID. At the bottom you will find all Order Items, that are included in the order, in a table view. In the rightmost column of this table you will find an arrow to expand the Order Item details.
In the expanded view, you will find a section where you can edit Tracking URL and IMEI/Serial number. Click on Edit to reveal the Input field for IMEI/Serial number.
After you entered your IMEI/Serial number click on Save to store the data.
If you're an API-integrated seller, you can also input your IMEI using our Update Order Item API.
ℹ️For devices that support cellular network connection (affected categories are Smartphones, Tablets and Smartwatches) we always expect the IMEI, even if the device has a separate serial number.
This method can also be used to enter or edit Trackinglink URLs for Order Items, but we suggest to use Upload tracking links instead.
🎧AirPods and multi-component audio accessories
AirPods consist of three components, each with its own serial number (left pod, right pod, and charging case). Please enter the charging case serial number only.
The case serial number is the primary product identifier and can be found:
- On the product packaging (printed on the box)
- Inside the lid of the charging case
- On the original invoice or purchase document
There is no need to enter the individual pod serial numbers.
