What are the DHL Express rates?
You can find detailed outbound rates per country further below on this page. Rates are based on parcel weight and destination and are offered under our Refurbed shipping agreement with DHL Express.
Who can use these rates?
These rates are available to all Refurbed sellers who generate shipping labels through the Refurbed platform, either via the Seller Interface or via API.
How do I access them?
You can generate DHL Express shipping labels:
✅ Via the label creation button in the Refurbed Seller Interface
✅ Or via API, by integrating with the Refurbed Seller API Fulfillment
📌 Please note: Bulk label generation is not supported via the Seller Interface. However, API automation is possible (see below).
What are the typical transit times?
DHL Express outbound shipments are typically delivered within 1–2 working days for most European destinations.
Exact delivery times depend on origin, destination, and local conditions.
Do I need to use DHL Express rates for all my shipments?
No — you can choose which countries to enable DHL Express for, and decide which orders to use it on. There’s full flexibility to test or use the service only where it makes sense for your business.
