Changes from January 22nd, which will be available in the Supplier Interface Performance Section:
- Product Quality Score
- Defect Scores are more tailored, taking into account each supplier's individual product portfolio, defect rates, account size, and sales volume.
- The long-term defect score (365 days) is replaced with a dynamic short-term defect score based on the last 14 days, allowing for more proactive performance trend assessments.
- Suppliers can earn up to 15 points for your Condition Score, with the addition of 5 extra points
- Customer Happiness
- Local language and politeness scores are removed, and a greater emphasis is placed on the mid-term urgent score, which now totals 5 points and naturally accounts for service quality, particularly communication (local language, politeness)
- The NPS score has been refined from 3 points to 2
- Communication and Color Coding
- For greater clarity, "rates" are being replaced with "scores" in the Supplier Performance Report.
- To enhance clarity, we've introduced a new color-coded system and design for scores in the report, moving away from the arrow image. Your performance will now be color-highlighted accordingly, displaying your performance level per score. Please refer to the new legend on the report for a detailed breakdown.
