- Serial Numbers & originality status of components (exception: test reports for android devices)
- Serial Number of device
- Test date
- iCloud / Google Account status
- MDM Status
- Blacklist Status
- Battery Health % (exception: test reports for android devices)
- Battery Cycles (exception: test reports for android devices)

The test report must contain all standard functional checks, following one of the 2 examples:
💻Laptop
Recommended requirements for test reports / test software and to ensure the highest chance of approval. However also alternative documentation is acceptable:
- Date and time of the test
- Laptop model and manufacturer
- Serial number or unique identifier
- BIOS version (only for windows devices)
- MDM Status Check
- Operating system version
- Processor model and specifications
- RAM GB capacity, DDR type, and MHz speed
- Hard Drive type (SSD/HDD) and capacity
- specify the display type - specify display panel type, (IPS, LCD, OLED etc) and resolution (full HD, 4k)
- Graphics card model and specifications (VRAM amount and type)

For other categories (e.g., Airpods), for which there is no approved software or no testing software existing, other proof/documentation has to be provided.
This proof/documentation should prove that the defect was non-existing (pre- and post-purchase, where required).
