When is the Delivery & Tracking Link Inclusion alert triggered?
The alert is triggered when substantial share of orders have not been dispatched within refurbed's required shipping timeframe (Quality Charter §4.1) and there is no tracking update from the carrier and/or no tracking link uploaded in the Seller Interface. This covers both a delayed dispatch and a missing or non-updating tracking link.
How does it look? What does it mean?
It is an email titled "Dispatch Delays: Sales Quota Adjustment Warning."
Please answer to the email, and explain the issue and the action steps you have taken to solve the issue.
How to improve my delivery & tracking link performance?
Please make sure to upload the correct carrier and tracking link on the same day an order is handed over for shipment, for every order.
- Review the required shipping timeframes (Quality Charter §4.1):
- Small & Medium products (smartphones, tablets, headphones, smartwatches, consoles, cameras, monitors, printers, etc.): orders before 12:00 → ship same business day; orders after 12:00 → ship next business day
- Medium products with special preparation (laptops, desktop PCs): orders before 12:00 → ship by end of next business day; orders after 12:00 → ship by end of the day after next business day
- Analyze the affected orders:
- Are delays concentrated on a specific carrier, warehouse, or product category?
- Is the tracking link missing entirely, or uploaded but not updating?
- Are the delays linked to stock availability, staffing, or a technical issue with the carrier integration?
3. Implement findings in action:
- Automate the tracking link upload at the point of dispatch to close manual gaps
- Set internal cut-off reminders so orders are packed ahead of the 12:00 threshold
- Escalate recurring carrier tracking failures directly with the carrier
What happens if my delivery & tracking link performance doesn't improve? (timeline)
If the affected orders remain unresolved after the first warning, your cooperation points and sales quota will be temporarily reduced, in proportion to the share of orders affected. Continued lack of improvement can lead to payout adjustment and suspension of your account.
