This flowchart outlines the Ticket Topic Change penalty measures, which are enforced in response to misuse. In case of misuse, a series of blocks are applied.
Explanation of the penalty measures:
- First-time block: 1-week restriction, requiring an action plan.
- In case of minor issues: 2-week restriction, requiring an action plan.
- In case of repeated/moderate issues: 4-week restriction, requiring an action plan.
- In case of severe/repeated issues: 6-8 week restriction, requiring an action plan.
If two blockings happen within a short timeframe, an additional +1 week will be added to the second block duration.
If significant or repeated misuse is detected, penalty measures may be applied immediately, and the block duration may be determined on a case-by-case basis.
An action plan is required at every stage.
