In some cases there may not be a payout being sent: If you have more refunds than sales, the PSP balance can go negative in which case no payout is being transferred until the balance is offset.
Your account may also have a reserve (part of payouts held back temporarily as a risk measure) which reduces what gets transferred now. If you have any questions about your payout, please contact your Account Manager of the Finance team
