Your request will be reviewed against the applicable eligibility criteria; submitting the form does not guarantee approval.

Eligibility for faster payouts (weekly or daily) is subject to meeting specific performance criteria, in addition to having a valid SEPA mandate and satisfactory risk mitigation measures in place.
Please note the minimum performance requirements as outlined below:
- Condition Score: min. 7/15 points
- Mid-term Defect Score: min. 6/25 points
- Response time score: min. 3/5
- Delivery Score: min 8/15 points
These metrics must remain above the required thresholds consistently for at least the past 1 week for weekly payout, and 4 weeks for daily to be eligible for faster payouts.
