Eligibility for faster payouts (weekly or daily) is subject to meeting specific performance criteria, in addition to having a valid SEPA mandate and satisfactory risk mitigation measures in place.
Please note the minimum performance requirements as outlined below:
- Mid-Term Defect Score: minimum 10/25
- Condition Score: minimum 8/15
- Response Time Score: minimum 3/5
- Delivery Score: minimum 8/15
These metrics must remain above the required thresholds consistently for at least the past 1 week for weekly payout, and 4 weeks for daily to be eligible for faster payouts.
