How does the flow look like?
- Accessing Bulk Upload:
- On the Bids page, click the "Bulk upload bids" button.
- This will open a side panel where you can download your market bids inventory using the "Download .CSV Bids file" button.
- Updating and Adding Bids: Initially, these two actions will need to be performed separately. Please upload one file for the price update and another file for bid creation.
- Update Prices: Modify prices for your existing market bids.
Create New Bids: Add new bids at the bottom of the CSV file. Each row creates a market bid, so, for all markets, you have to create a bid per each market. You will need to include:
- Product Name: e.g., Samsung Galaxy S7, iPhone XR, Google Pixel 2
You can fin “Product names” in the interface when creating a single bid in the "product name" input field (more details on how to use correct product name below).
- Storage: e.g., 64, 128
- Grade: e.g., A, B, C
- SKU: Your internal SKU for that variant
- Market Code: e.g., de, at
- Price: e.g., 130,20 ; 200,50
- Currency: EUR (Currently only EUR supported)
- Uploading the File:
- Once ready, upload the file using the drag & drop area or the "Browse file" button.
Receiving Feedback:
- Successful Upload: If the structure and data are correct, you will be informed about the number of bids created and updated.
- Some rows contains errors: If some rows contain errors, only corect rows will be processed. You can download an exportable file with error details. You can fix the errors and re-upload the file.
- No bids will be processed: If all rows have errors, you can download the errors file, edit and reupload.
