🔄 What's Changing
Until now, invoice delivery was mainly handled through the Seller Order API. With this update, you can upload an invoice directly from the order page, which makes it easier to handle one-off cases or to quickly add an invoice when needed.
In the Orders section, open an order and go to Customer Info. You will now see an option to upload the order invoice. Once uploaded, the invoice becomes available to the customer in their refurbed account area, where it can be downloaded directly.
If you uploaded the wrong document or need to replace it, you can delete and re-upload the invoice at any time.
📌 What You Need to Do
No action is required by default. Use the feature whenever you need to add or replace an invoice for an order:
- Go to Orders → open the relevant order
- Under Customer Info, upload the invoice file
- If needed, delete and re-upload to replace it
🎯 Why It Matters
This gives you a faster, more flexible way to make sure customers have access to their invoices, without requiring an API flow for every single case.
