🔄 What's Changing
We've implemented several new features and improvements to the refurbed Auto-Label Returns solution. These updates are now available for sellers using refurbed's automated return label setup.
📌 What You Need to Do
Explore the new Returns Overview in the Seller Interface:
The Returns tab now provides a complete overview of all return requests handled through the automatic return label solution. For each return, you can see:
- Order ID and item
- IMEI or serial number
- Label and ticket status
- Arrival date
- Tracking number
- Whether the return falls within the 35-day trial period
Each entry links directly to the relevant order, item, and ticket. You can customize which fields are shown, search across your returns, and export your data as a CSV for the last 30, 60, or 90 days.

What else is new:
- No reply needed for auto-return label tickets: When a return label is automatically created, the ticket moves to Pending and is automatically solved after 5 days if the customer doesn't reply. No placeholder replies are needed, there's no SLA impact, and tickets reopen automatically if the customer writes again.
- "Talk to Seller" option for customers: Customers can now contact you directly instead of creating a return label, enabling remote resolution and preventing unnecessary returns.
- "Create Return Label" button in all tickets: This button is now available in all Zendesk tickets, regardless of order age or ticket topic, giving you flexibility to manually generate return labels for late returns or miscategorized tickets.
🎯 Why It Matters
These improvements make return management more efficient and give you better visibility into your return activity. The new Returns Overview helps you track and analyze patterns, while the updated ticket workflow reduces manual work and prevents unnecessary SLA impacts. The "Talk to Seller" option empowers you to resolve issues remotely, potentially reducing return costs and improving customer relationships.
