The layout of the Zendesk log-in window will be updated.
When you open the refurbed seller Zendesk instance at https://refurbed-merchant.zendesk.com/agent and click "Continue with refurbed," you'll be redirected to the new log-in page.
📌 What You Need to Do
Nothing. The change is purely technical and has no impact on your day-to-day business. Only the page layout will change. Your credentials will remain the same.
