The feedback you receive will indicate one of the following three possible outcomes:
All offers/rows were submitted successfully
Some offers/rows contain errors and will not be processed
No offers will be processed (All offers/rows contain errors)
Errors management. What to do with rows/offers with errors?
For the second and third case, (there are errors in the file), the system will provide you a link to download the error report. By downloading the errors report you will be able to:
- Check and review errors per each row/offer.
- Fix the errors directly into the report file.
Re-Upload the file using the same panel to restart again the offers creation request for the rows with (fixed) errors.
Additionally, you could receive a general system error during the upload of the file. This error usually is related to file integrity or connectivity problems. In this case you should review the informed error and restart the process again.
Offers status
What happen after uploading the CSV file?
Once the file upload is finished, the requested offers will be visible in your Offers page including its status.
In the offers page table, you will find “state” column where you have information about the status of your offers:
Submitted: This is the initial status while the offers are being uploaded.
Pending Review: Once offers are uploaded, they will appear as “Pending Review.” This means your requests need review. Usually because system didn’t matched product data automatically.
Active: Once reviewed, the offer can turn “Active,” meaning the offer is live.
Rejected: If we identify product specifications that prevent the offer from going live on the marketplace, it’ll be marked as 'Rejected.' Reason for rejection can be found in the Offer details.
