Shipping services are invoiced separately from your marketplace commission and are not deducted from your payouts.
Shipping invoices are sent to the finance email address registered for your seller account. If you cannot locate an invoice, please check the relevant inbox, including the spam or junk folder.
If you have an active SEPA direct debit mandate, the invoice amount will be collected automatically. Otherwise, you must pay the invoice manually using the payment details stated on the invoice.
If a shipping invoice becomes overdue, the outstanding amount included in the reserve and withheld from future payouts.
