You can already list Laptops and Samsung phones with new batteries. For the moment, the option to sell iPhones with new batteries is controlled under a prolonged testing phase and in order to list iPhones with new batteries, a pre-approval by our management is needed. We have certain requirements for allowing the listing of new battery devices:
A minimum Mid-Term Defect Score 10/25 for the past 4 weeks, and
Minimum sales volume:
- min 100 order items in the last 35 days, and
- min 50 iPhones in the last 35 days
If your account meets with both requirements above, please contact your Account Manager requesting the approval for new battery iPhones. Please share the answers to below questions on your email:
- Are you part of an Apple partnership program?
- Do you source iPhones with original new batteries or do you exchange them yourself?
- If the second, do the devices display the ‘non-original battery’ pop-up message?
- Could you share some more details about your sourcing of batteries and iPhones in this regard?
