You can set up your shipping profile by clicking on "Shipping Profiles" in the navigation bar on the left. You can create as many shipping profiles as you need.
- Click on the "Create Shipping Profile" button on the top right
Fill out the Shipping Profile information and click on “Save” button
Shipping Profile Name: The name of your shipping profile.
Ships from: The country from which you send the products to the buyer (your company's geographic location).
Origin address: Your company details and address, like street name, post-code, building number, town and phone number.
Add your Destinations details
Once you've created the Shipping Profile, you can add Destinations. These are the countries where you ship your products to (the buyer's country of residence). Click on "+ Add Destination".
You will see the destination options to fill out or edit.
Market: Country to which you send the product (the country of residence of the buyer).
Min. Delivery Time (Days): The minimum delivery time for your products in days.
Max. Delivery Time (Days): The maximum delivery time for your products in days.
Cost: Shipping costs that you charge (shipping costs must not appear in the invoice).
Currency: Currency you charge your shipping costs in.
Cutoff time: The daily deadline by which orders must be placed to be shipped out the same day or next day, depending on the product category.
Carrier: Shipping company responsible for transporting and delivering the package.
All of these fields are required to fill out. Make sure to save your changes by clicking on the blue “Save” button below.
