The BuyBox serves as an effective tool for surfacing the best price-quality offers in the marketplace, driving competition that leads to better prices and higher quality through bidding.
Winning the BuyBox means that your offer it will be the first one being shown to the customer for that market in the marketplace.
By clicking the "BuyBox" item in the left menu, you can see the the performance and the status of your offers in the BuyBox competition. You will see offers that are not in the BuyBox and how you can improve them.
On this page you will be able to see and filter by different attributes to narrow down the BuyBox list. Select your filter criteria from the “Advance filtering” section on the right side over the list.
The columns in this list are configurable as well. By clicking in the columns button (right-top over the list) you will be able to hide/show specific columns in the table.
💡Please, be sure that BuyBox column is not hidden. In this column you will find the “Get it” button that allows you to adjust your price automatically for winning the BuyBox for that specific offer and market.
BuyBox list, columns
- Offer ID: This value shows the Offer ID linked to this specific BuyBox setup. By clicking on each value the system will navigate to the detailed information for each offer.
- BuyBox ID: This column will allow you to navigate to a Detail page to edit your prices for that specific offer and market.
- Market: Here you can see in which market (in which country) you are offering a product.
- Product Instance Name: This is the name of the product you are offering combined with the attributes, e.g. iPhone X, 6 GB.
- SKU: Here you can see your internal stock number.
- Stock: This is the number of products that you have in stock for one specific offer. It is editable within the Offers List of the Offers Detail page.
- Verification: Here you can see if your offer (and the correct mapping) has already been confirmed (=verified). You need to use this if you used a GTIN or a similar item identifier when adding your offers to our system.
- Grade: Here you can see which Gradings your listed products have, such as grade A (like new), grade B (very good) or grade C (good). Exact definitions of the grades can be found in our Quality Charta.
- Instance ID: Every product has a refurbed Instance ID that you can find in the product catalogue. To download the product catalogue, click on "Download Catalogue" in the bar on the right top of the page. For further information regarding the product catalogue click here.
- Warranty: Here you can see the length of your offered warranty period.

Override: The Override Button can either be on (green) or off (gray).
- Blue (override on): Overrides the reference price for this offer. When set to green (on), the market price is de-coupled from the reference price, allowing you to control the offer price in this market separate from the offer's reference price. This feature allows you to set country-specific pricing.
- Gray (override off): Reverts the override. When set to gray (off), the market price reverts back to the reference price you set for this offer. Like this you will have the same price (reference price) for all markets.

Visibility: This shows you the visibility of your offer.
- Full: offer is fully visible to customers

None: offer is not visible to customers, possibly because the offer:
- is out of stock
- hasn't been verified
- does not ship to this market

Limited: offer is not visible on some pages, possibly because the offer:
has a price which is higher than the original suggested retail price -
Hidden: offer is not visible, possibly because the offer:
has an unreasonably high/low price
- Price: This shows your standard offer price for this specific item in this market. Can be set via the reference price for all markets or individually for each market.
- Min Price: This shows you the lowest price at which you're willing to sell this item on refurbed.
- Suggestion: This shows you the value to which you should change your Min Price in order to win the instance-grade and battery condition BuyBox in this market.
- Difference: This shows you the difference between our suggested price and your lowest current price in this market. It also states the amount by which you have to reduce a current price to be in the BuyBox.
- Competitor buybox price: The price competitors use to be in the instance-grade BuyBox.

BuyBox state: This tells you your current BuyBox performance for your offer.
- Won: you are currently winning the BuyBox in this market for instance-grade competition level.
- Won Battery: you are currently winning the BuyBox in this market for that specific instance-grade and battery condition
- Should win: system is currently updating the BuyBox state for this offer. For this specific status the offer should win the BuyBox once the status is updated.
- Won elsewhere: Your current offer has not won the BuyBox for that specific configuration, but another offer from your own seller account is winning the BuyBox for the same instance-grade.
- Ineligible: you cannot win the BuyBox at this time, possibly because Refurbed's BuyBox protection is enabled and your current stock is too low.
- Eligible: This means that this offer is eligible for competing on BuyBox.
- BuyBox: The BuyBox column will show the “Get it” button. This button will allows you to adjust your price automatically for winning the BuyBox for that specific offer and market.
- Site market presentment min price: The min price amount and currency shown to the customer.
- Site market presentment price: The amount and currency shown to the customer.
- Reference Currency: This shows you the currency in which you sell your product.
- Reference Price: Is the price set for the whole offer, all markets.
- Reference Min Price: This price shows you the lowest price at which you're willing to sell your product.
- Currency: This shows you the currency for a certain offer.
- Taxation: Here you can see the taxation of the offer, either Marginal or Gross.
- Created Date: This shows you the date you created a certain offer.
