In the 07/2024 Supplier Guide, clause 9.4. of chapter liability and indemnification now includes bodily injuries, particularly those caused by incorrect use in absence of necessary manuals and safety instructions. Clause 12.10 now includes other tools next to Notion. Lastly, the P2B Clause 12.16 has been amended to include a more detailed complaint management and mediation process. These modifications apply to suppliers onboarded on or after August 1, 2024. Existing suppliers are not affected by these changes at this time, except for the P2B mediation process.
