If taxation GROSS is chosen during offer creation, does that mean that prices we send should be treated as with taxes and then refurbed will take care of calculation of taxes. Is that understanding correct?

You enter the gross sales amount. This gross amount is then included in the BuyBox calculation as-is. You are responsible for calculating and remitting the VAT. refurbed does not perform any VAT calculation and only displays the applicable local VAT rate in the orders response.

 

Refurbed only intervenes in the calculation when there is a cross-border delivery to B2B customers. In that case, refurbed calculates the net amount from the gross amount that is paid by the customer.
