Verbrio is an operational platform built specifically for device retailers selling on Refurbed. It brings fulfilment, invoicing, customer service, stock, and order records into one real-time workspace, with the complete platform available for one flat monthly fee.

Up to 100 orders can be processed in one fulfilment batch, with all shipping labels combined into a single printable file. Scanning an IMEI or serial number marks the correct item as shipped, while address suggestions help fix labels that fail because of invalid customer details.

Stock can be uploaded through Excel or CSV files, with stock levels updated as orders are processed. Teams can search by IMEI or serial number to find the order record, including invoices, customer messages, and supporting documents.

After shipping, Verbrio generates the invoice using the VAT margin scheme where applicable, translates it into the customer’s language, and uploads it to Refurbed. Refunds and cancellations are reflected in the related invoice records automatically.
