[ ] What are they claiming? Usually they will first ask for reports.

[ ] If you are a Manufacturer or Importer, or you cannot prove that your upstream-supplier has already reported and payed the levy for your devices, you will most likely have to report and pay the copyright levy. Otherwise you might be able to challenge the report/remuneration claim.
