Since sellers are considered producers by selling relevant product categories in France, Germany and Austria via refurbed you have to submit your membership certificate/license number to a collection center (obtained by a PRO).
The table below displays until when refurbed as an electronic platform needs to have your registration numbers and participation certificate to a PRO. Please note you are already EPR obligated in most other European states, but refurbed only asks for FR, GER and AUT, because we are legally required to as a platform.
💡 Refurbed only asks for EPR compliance in FR, GER and AUT. Be aware though, that you are EPR obligated in other member states too and we might ask for other member states in the upcoming years.
