For B2C customers, there is no time pressure or timeframe for reporting a defect.
For B2B customers, there is typically a timeframe of 14 days.
This means that neglecting a specific timeframe does not dissolve the Legal Warranty (Statutory Warranty), provided that there is no defect present.
Importantly, the supplier must have the device returned and provide proof that the defect was not present at the time of delivery.

While in theory it may be possible to exclude the contractual guarantee based on provided pictures or statements by the customer, the Quality Charter for CE does not allow for this
