- Take as many pictures of the device as possible before shipping, during testing and refurbishing.
- Take pictures of the device in its packaging as well as when it is closed.
- Manage transportation proactively and get in contact with the carrier as fast as possible if there is even a small indication that something happened during transport.
Returns:
- Ask the customer for clear pictures from every perspective, and ideally of the corresponding packaging - be aware that the shipping label cannot be refused, if the customer does not send pictures.

- Take clear pictures of the device.
- Retest the device.
- Get in contact with the customer as soon as possible if something is wrong.
💡 Keep in mind: Since the presumption of defect for at least one (1) year is a very favorable position for the consumer, it is vital for every suppliert to do their utmost to create and sustain comprehensive documentation of every step of the process. This includes taking pictures of the device, packing, and testing reports, all related to an identifiable device. Additionally, competent and proactive management of shipping issues and transport damages is essential. → Only if the supplier provides unrefutable evidence, he can avoid liability.
