What's changing?
Following the release of the Returns overview in the Seller Interface, we're excited to announce a new auto-label returns API in our Seller API: OrderItemReturnService/ListOrderItemReturns. This new method lets you fetch orders where an auto-label return has been created.
It replaces the current "is_return_initiated" filter in the OrderService/ListOrders method and provides a better return-specific overview of all return requests handled through the refurbed automatic return label solution. You'll also get more return-specific filter options, such as return initiated and delivered at.
Why this change?
The OrderItemReturnService/ListOrderItemReturns method gives you a comprehensive overview of all auto-label return requests, including order and order item ID, IMEI or serial number, label and ticket status, arrival date, tracking number, ticket topic, and whether the return falls within the 35-day trial period.
